Alan Kelley is a Senior Consultant and a leading Risk, Financial Crime and Capital Markets Specialist. 

 

Mr Kelley is a highly experienced Financial Executive with exposure to a variety of investment banking roles in the US and Asia. His knowledge of capital markets has been invaluable when dealing with a wide variety of financial risk advisory issues including complex due diligence and financial crime.  

 

Previous capital markets experience has included direct involvement in the origination, structuring and execution of a number of liability management transactions with a focus on optimizing capital structures, capturing economic value and M&A driven deals. Transactions have included cash tender offers, exchanges, consent solicitations and secondary market debt repurchases for investment grade through distressed issuers in both the US and Emerging Markets.

Mr Kelley has had significant experience in private finance and debt capital markets. He has been responsible for sales of private financings including straight debt, debt with warrants, pre-IPO convertibles and share-backed financings. Additional responsibilities included advising corporates and sovereigns on restructuring, repurchasing and refinancing debt.

 

Mr Kelley has also engaged with a number of hedge funds, alternative investors, distressed funds, PE funds, and property funds in Asia with an emphasis on Southeast Asia.  He has had wide ranging product coverage across credit spectrums and capital structures, from IG through distressed credit and from secured debt through equity.  
 

Mr Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
