Howard Manning is a Board Advisor and acts as General Counsel.  

 

Mr Manning has more than 15 years of experience in the industry with over 9 years in Asian markets. An authority in Energy/Renewables, Oil & Gas, Infrastructures and Corporate Law - covering Project Financing (debt financing, secured lending, structured financing, asset and trade finance, real estate financing), acquisitions and licensing.

Mr Manning holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree (with 1st Class Honours) from the University of London. He is a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and has been a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore since March 2006.
